How We Guarantee Quality
Inspection & Testing: Pre-owned gear is checked for shutter accuracy, AF consistency, exposure metering, IBIS/IS function, card/battery bay integrity, and port reliability. Lenses are checked for decentering, focus smoothness, aperture snap, and optical clarity (we verify no fog, no fungus, no balsam separation, no scratches, no large dust, and no problems in the view unless clearly disclosed).
Calibration & Firmware: We perform AF micro-adjustments (where applicable), verify firmware versions, and stress-test critical operations before listing or releasing serviced items.
Transparent Grading: We describe condition clearly (Pristine / Excellent / Very Good) and disclose any notable cosmetic marks honestly—so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Service Warranty: Every item and service is backed by our 12-month service warranty for peace of mind. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase/service.
Our Lab & Technical Standards
Film Lab: We use calibrated chemistry, controlled temperatures, and clean handling to minimize dust and scratches. Push/pull processing is available on request. Scans are delivered as high-resolution files suitable for editing or printing; we can also supply contact sheets for proofing.
Printing: We profile our printers and papers for color accuracy. Choose from glossy, matte, lustre, or fine-art stocks. We can help with soft-proofing, paper selection, and sizing for exhibitions.
Data Safety: For data recovery and transfer jobs, we follow a strict non-destructive workflow and confidentiality protocol. If we can’t recover usable data, we operate on a no-recovery, no-charge basis.
