12-Month Service Warranty
All eligible products purchased from GR Camera Shop come with a 12-month service warranty. This warranty begins from the date of delivery and is valid for a full year, offering you protection against minor faults and ensuring your gear continues to perform reliably.
Each customer will receive a personalized Membership Warranty Card starting from their first order. This card will be used to track your service history and apply warranty to all future purchases under your name.
What the Warranty Covers
Our service warranty includes professional inspection and minor repairs for the following:
