At GR Camera Shop, we ensure every order is packed with care and delivered promptly to your doorstep. Whether you're located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur or the rural regions of Sabah or Sarawak, we deliver nationwide across Malaysia.

Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to all major areas and remote locations within:

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular)

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

We also deliver to P.O. Boxes, but items of higher value may require in-person delivery or pickup confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe
Once your order and payment are confirmed, we aim to process and ship your parcel as quickly as possible.

Shipping Fees

Order Value Shipping Fee RM500 and above FREE Shipping (Nationwide) Below RM500 Flat rate: RM10 (West Malaysia) / RM18 (East Malaysia)

If you’re unsure about delivery fees or live in a remote area, feel free to message us for confirmation before placing your order.

Packaging & Handling
All items are:

  • Bubble-wrapped securely

  • Double-boxed (for fragile gear like lenses or camera bodies)

  • Inspected before dispatch

Each shipment is handled with care to ensure it arrives in the exact condition as listed.
