  • Condition notes (scratches, fungus, faults)

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with:

  • Your gear’s trade-in value

  • Total difference to pay for your selected item

  • Options for meet-up, delivery, or shipping

3️⃣ Confirm and Ship/Drop Off

Once you approve the quote:

  • Ship the item to us or arrange a drop-off

  • We inspect and confirm its condition

  • You pay only the difference — and we ship your new item

Don’t have a specific item picked out yet? That’s fine — we’ll issue you store credit valid for 6 months.

  • Trade-in items must be functional unless stated otherwise.

  • Cosmetic damage is okay but must be disclosed.

  • Final appraisal is based on in-hand inspection.

  • Store credit from trade-in is non-refundable.

  • Credit must be used for products, not services.
