Return & Replacement Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Eligible Scenarios

  • Item received is not as described
    You received a different model, mount, or accessories are missing.

  • Item is damaged upon arrival
    You must provide unboxing video and photos of the packaging and item within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • Item has a functional defect not stated in the product description
    Example: faulty autofocus, jammed aperture blades, etc.

Timeframe to initiate a return: within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Buyer’s remorse or "change of mind"

  • Issues that were clearly stated in the product description

  • Cosmetic defects already shown in listing photos

  • Damage caused by user after delivery (drops, water damage, etc.)

  • Return request made after the 3-day window

  • Items without original packaging and accessories

Replacement vs Refund

When filling the form, customers must indicate whether they prefer:

  • A replacement (if stock is available)

  • A refund (via original payment method)

We will advise based on product availability and eligibility.

How the Return Process Works

  • Our team will review your case within 24–48 hours.

  • If approved:

    • We will email you return shipping instructions.

    • You must return the product within 3 days of approval.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item:

    • A replacement will be shipped, or

    • A refund will be processed via your original payment method.

Return Shipping Policy

  • If the issue is due to our error, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the reason is not due to our fault, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund Timeline

Refunds take 3–7 business days to reflect after approval, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
