    You can place an order directly through our website by clicking “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” on any product page. Once you've selected your items, proceed to checkout and choose your preferred payment method.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept:

  • Bank Transfer (Manual upload required)

  1. Can I reserve an item and pay later?
    Yes. You can place a deposit to reserve a product. Contact us directly via WhatsApp to arrange a deposit.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. Do you deliver throughout Malaysia?
    Yes! We ship to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

  2. How much is the shipping fee?
    Shipping is usually free in some cases for orders above RM500. For orders below that, a small fee will apply depending on location.

  3. When will my order be shipped?
    Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.

  4. How long does delivery take?
    Delivery usually takes:

  • 1–3 working days (West Malaysia)

  • 3–5 working days (East Malaysia)

  1. Will I get a tracking number?
    Yes. Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Note: Due to the recent issues we are having with late shipping/delivery using poslaju, we will not be shipping certain orders using poslaju even though we know the shipping rate can sometimes be cheaper than other shipping companies. Please bear with us. "Better safe than sorry."

  1. Are your cameras and lenses new or used?
    Most of our inventory is professionally inspected used gear, unless marked as Brand New.

  2. Are your products tested before selling?
    Absolutely. Every item goes through functional testing, cleaning, and final inspection before it is listed.

  3. How do I know the condition of a product?
    We provide detailed photos and videos and condition descriptions on each product page.

  4. Are your lenses fungus-free?
    Yes. All lenses are thoroughly inspected for fungus, haze, and scratches. Any flaws will be clearly mentioned.

  5. Do cameras come with battery and charger?
    Yes, unless stated otherwise. Check the “What’s in the Box” section on each product listing.

WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES

  1. Do your products come with a warranty?
    Yes. All products come with a 12-month service warranty covering minor repairs and professional cleaning from the date of purchase.

  2. What does the warranty cover?
    The warranty includes:

  • Mechanical/electronic issues not caused by misuse

  • Shutter mechanism faults

  • Loose internal elements

  • Light cleaning (viewfinder, sensor, optics)
    The warranty does not cover drops, water damage, or misuse.

  1. How do I claim a warranty service?
    Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and warranty card that came along with your order. This will be used for your order and other subsequent purchases in the future. We’ll guide you through the process.

  2. Can I send my item for cleaning even after the warranty?
    Yes. We offer professional cleaning services even after the warranty period. Charges may apply.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  1. Can I return a product?
    Yes, within 3 days of receiving the item if:

  • The item is not as described

  • It arrives damaged (must show unboxing video)

  1. How do I request a return or refund?
    Message us with your order number and the reason for return or fill out the order return form. We will respond within 24 hours.

  2. Do you offer full refunds?
    Yes, if the return is approved. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
