We are committed to your satisfaction. Each item is carefully inspected and tested before it leaves our shop. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. This Return & Refund Policy outlines when and how you can return a product and request a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if your item meets any of the following conditions:

  • The item received is not as described
    Example: You received the wrong model or a product with missing parts not listed.

  • The item arrives damaged in transit
    Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with clear unboxing photos or video as proof.

  • The product has a major defect that wasn’t stated in the listing
    Example: Non-functioning shutter, faulty autofocus, etc., which is extremely rare as the products are tested before shipping or selling.

Note: All return requests must be made within 3 calendar days from the date the item was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Minor cosmetic wear that was already described or shown in photos

  • Items damaged due to user error (e.g., water damage, drops, improper use)

  • Products returned after the 3-day window

  • Items returned without original packaging/accessories

Return Request Process

To request a return:

  • Fill out the Return Request Form (Coming soon on this website)

  • You will need your Order ID, name, reason for return, and any supporting photos/videos.

  • Once submitted, our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  • If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

  • You must ship the item back within 3 days of approval using a trackable courier.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit, or bank transfer).
Please allow 3–7 working days after approval for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
If your refund is delayed beyond 7 days, contact us and we will follow up directly.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, undisclosed defect), we will cover the return shipping cost or reimburse you.

  • If the return is for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Notes
