Let GR handle it for you. Through our Marketplace Consignment Program, we will list, promote, and sell your item on your behalf via our trusted platform, with full transparency and protection.

🛍️ What Is Consignment?

Consignment means you still own the item until it’s sold — we simply help you sell it through our channels.

You send us your gear, we professionally evaluate, photograph, and list it on our marketplace, and once it sells, we transfer the proceeds (minus a small service fee) to you.

💼 Items We Accept on Consignment

We currently accept the following:

  • DSLR / Mirrorless Cameras

  • Prime and Zoom Lenses

  • Film Cameras

  • Branded Accessories (grips, flashes, bags)

  • Photography gear in demand (tripods, filters, meters)

Items must be in fully working condition, clean, and presentable for listing. We reserve the right to reject gear that is non-functional or heavily damaged.

💸 How Payment Works

Once your item sells:

  • We deduct a flat consignment fee (see below)

  • The rest is transferred to your bank account or offered as store credit

Consignment Fee Structure:

  • Items below RM500 → RM50 flat fee

  • RM501 – RM1,000 → 10% fee

  • RM1,001 and above → 8% fee

Example: You consign a lens for RM1,500. After the 8% fee (RM120), you receive RM1,380.

📦 How to List an Item for Consignment

1️⃣ Submit Gear Details

Send us:

  • Item name, model

  • Age and condition

  • Photos (front, back, mount, serial number)

  • Your expected price (optional)

2️⃣ Send or Drop Off the Item

Once accepted, ship your gear to us or drop it off. We’ll store it safely until it sells.

3️⃣ We List and Promote It

Your item will be professionally:

  • Inspected and cleaned (if needed)

  • Photographed in our product style

  • Listed on our website & social media

4️⃣ Payment After Sale

When sold, we contact you immediately and process your payout via bank transfer or store credit. If the item doesn't sell within 60 days, you may choose to:

  • Extend the listing

  • Collect it back

  • Drop the price

🔄 Changing or Canceling Listings

You can:

  • Adjust pricing (once per item)

  • Withdraw your item at any time (shipping costs apply)

  • Swap your listing to “Store Credit Trade-In” for faster value

Q: Do I need the original box or receipt?
Not necessary, but it can help add value. Clean presentation increases buyer trust.

Q: Can I list multiple items at once?
Yes — many clients consign full kits or multiple lenses.

Q: What if my item doesn’t sell?
You can either extend the listing, reduce the price, or request it back. We’ll never discard or move it without your permission.

Q: Will I be pressured to accept offers below my expected price?
Never. You’ll always approve the final listed price, and we’ll notify you of any customer interest or negotiation.
